Az \u00faj Orsz\u00e1ggy\u0171l\u00e9s a tilalmat nem emelte t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyi szintre, \u00edgy jogi \u00e9rtelemben jelenleg semmi nem akad\u00e1lyozza az ukr\u00e1n gabona, baromfih\u00fas vagy toj\u00e1s behozatal\u00e1t. A Magyar Gazdak\u00f6r\u00f6k \u00e9s Gazdasz\u00f6vetkezetek Sz\u00f6vets\u00e9ge (Magosz) szerint a termel\u0151k m\u00e1r most nyom\u00e1s al\u00e1 ker\u00fcltek, \u00e9s t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyi szint\u0171 v\u00e9delmet k\u00f6vetelnek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mi sz\u0171nt meg \u00e9s mi\u00e9rt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 130\/2023. (IV. 18.) korm\u00e1nyrendelet t\u00f6bb mint h\u00fasz ukr\u00e1n agr\u00e1rterm\u00e9ket \u2013 k\u00f6zt\u00fck b\u00faz\u00e1t, kukoric\u00e1t, napraforg\u00f3magot, baromfih\u00fast \u00e9s toj\u00e1st \u2013 tiltott ki a magyar piacr\u00f3l. Mivel a vesz\u00e9lyhelyzet megsz\u0171n\u00e9s\u00e9vel a rendeletet nem emelt\u00e9k t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyi szintre, az automatikusan hat\u00e1ly\u00e1t vesztette. Jelenleg csup\u00e1n bejelent\u00e9si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g maradt \u00e9rv\u00e9nyben a N\u00e9bih fel\u00e9, ami azonban nem \u00fajkelet\u0171 el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cseh Tibor Andr\u00e1s, a Magosz f\u0151titk\u00e1ra szerint a keresked\u0151k m\u00e1r az ukr\u00e1n import lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9re hivatkozva pr\u00f3b\u00e1lnak \u00e1rcs\u00f6kkent\u00e9st kicsikarni a termel\u0151kt\u0151l. A sz\u00f6vets\u00e9g h\u00e9tf\u0151n \u00e1ll\u00e1sfoglal\u00e1st adott ki, amelyet eljuttatott az \u00faj korm\u00e1nynak \u00e9s az agr\u00e1rt\u00e1rc\u00e1nak, k\u00e9rve a tilalom miel\u0151bbi t\u00f6rv\u00e9nybe foglal\u00e1s\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
