hasonl\u00f3an.<br>2025 els\u0151 fel\u00e9ben a budapesti \u00e1tlagos b\u00e9rleti d\u00edjak nem tudt\u00e1k \u00e1tt\u00f6rni a <strong>250 ezer forintos szintet<\/strong>.<br>A ny\u00e1ri alb\u00e9rletszezonban ugyan \u00e9l\u00e9nk\u00fcl\u00e9s indult, de az <strong>Otthon Start Program bejelent\u00e9se<\/strong> megt\u00f6rte ezt a lend\u00fcletet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Augusztusban hirtelen <strong>visszaesett a b\u00e9rl\u0151k keresleti \u00e1rszintje<\/strong>, \u00e9s az\u00f3ta sem \u00e1llt teljesen helyre.<br>\u0150sszel a kereslet cs\u00f6kken\u00e9se mellett b\u0151v\u00fclt a k\u00edn\u00e1lat, mivel t\u00f6bb \u00faj, <strong>3 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kos hitellel v\u00e1s\u00e1rolt befektet\u00e9si lak\u00e1s<\/strong> is megjelent a piacon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr lehet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A Rentingo szerint 2026-ban is az <strong>Otthon Start Program<\/strong> marad a legfontosabb piaci t\u00e9nyez\u0151.<br>Az <strong>1,5 milli\u00f3 forintos n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9ter\u00e1r<\/strong> tov\u00e1bb korl\u00e1tozza a haszn\u00e1lt lak\u00e1sok \u00e9rt\u00e9kn\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9t, \u00edgy cs\u00f6kkenti a befektet\u00e9si c\u00e9l\u00fa
